Welcome to our first “Ask Cat” episode! Ask Cat will be a series in which I dedicate the first episode of each month to connect you, the listener, to some of the topics that we discuss in our group throughout the weeks, and extend our discussion topics to a broader audience — that would be you! Since we just kicked off our September Fitness Challenge, it seems appropriate to discuss physical wellness first. So I started with one of the essentials of reaching your fitness goals, and answered the most common questions I get asked about meal prepping.
