Participate Daily
Fitness challenges will be posted on our Instagram account on Sunday of each week. Keep an eye out for these posts!
Record a video or snap a photo of yourself participating in each daily challenge. Then, post it to your IG account. Don’t forget to tag us and use the hashtag #CWCFitnessChallenge.
Each day that you participate your name will be added into pot to win prizes. This means that, if you participate every day, you can have up to 31 entries by the end of the month!

Winners will chosen at random and announced during the first week of October.
Days 1-5
This week is just about getting started.
This workout was designed with versatility in mind. We realize that everybody has different fitness levels, and we hope that you are able to adapt these quick workouts to meet your needs.
- If a workout is too easy and you would like more of a challenge, feel free to add weight or reps. You can even combine exercises and days to make it a longer workout.
- If a workout is too difficult, just do what you can, and know that you are amazing for getting started. You can reduce the amount of reps or sets and work up to more challenging routines. Or you can make modifications to exercises, such as performing pushups on your knees, so that you can complete the set.
During this time, if equipment is a challenge, show us your versatility by grabbing whatever you can find in your home to modify workouts for COVID season. Make sure you tag us in your photos, because we definitely want to see what you come up with!
